Jockey Club Age-friendly City Project - We Build Age-friendly City in Wan Chai Together

Key components:
  • Organise opening ceremony cum carnival and bus parade to sub-areas of Wan Chai District.
  • Train elderly people recruited from centres to become AFC Ambassadors and equip them with the knowledge of eight domains of an age-friendly city, conduct community visits in Wan Chai District and keep continued attention towards the age-friendliness of the district, and disseminate the observations and opinions consolidated from the community visits through multi-media such as photos and videos.
