Age-friendly City Tram Tour

The Jockey Club Age-friendly City Project organised an Age-friendly City (“AFC”) Tram Tour on 6 May 2018. Members of Advisory Committee, guests and Project ambassadors attended the kick-off ceremony at Whitty Street Depot, followed by an elderly orchestra performance by “Men in Jazz”, an orchestra team formed by the golden-aged (people aged 50 or above). The tram went through Central, Wan Chai, Causeway Bay, North Point and Happy Valley. Street stations were set up in Wan Chai and Causeway Bay to promote age-friendly messages to the community through games and distribution of leaflets, aiming at raising public awareness on AFC.
