Jockey Club Age-friendly City Project - Cross-Generation Fun with Ageing

Key components:
  • Deliver talks in secondary schools by occupational therapists, music therapists and game therapists on how to communicate with dementia elderly and how to use musical instruments and cognitive games to communicate with the elderly.
  • Conduct visits to JCCPA and Lutheran Centre for the Elderly to play African drums and cognitive games with elderly people.
  • Organise sharing sessions for elderly people and students to share their learnings after joining the activities.
