Key components:
  • Recruit community members at different ages to become ambassadors and provide trainings on the concept of age-friendliness and the needs of elderly people by professionals such as social workers and nurses. 
  • Arrange home assessment and minor home modification work for elderly people.
  • Conduct community education activities, including setting up street booths to disseminate community information and arranging talks and visits on home safety.
