Ambassador Activity – The Elderly Creative Workshop on Design of Quality Home Living Environment (Yau Tsim Mong)

To enable senior citizens to share their preferences and suggestions for an age-friendly home environment, the professional support team of The Hong Kong Polytechnic University has organised three sessions of an activity of “The Elderly Creative Workshop on Design of Quality Home Living Environment”. In the workshops, participants designed their quality home living environment using a set of visual tools produced by the team to express their preferences on home interior design. Through the workshops, different needs (e.g. needs for mobility, home safety, recreation, social network and social support) of participants were identified.
