Jockey Club Age-friendly City Project - Age-friendly City Promotion Programme

Key components:
  • Provide training to elderly volunteers and drama instructor by professional architect and interior designer on age-friendly building design and community planning.
  • Establish a drama team of elderly volunteers to promote age-friendliness, train the elderly volunteers on drama performance by professional drama instructors, and conduct roving drama performance in the district after practising.
  • Teach the elderly to create and manage social media pages, as well as to produce elderly-friendly e-newsletters and other publicity materials.
